iTECH 25A 12/24V DCDC and MPPT Battery Charger

The iTECHDCDC25 is designed to keep your battery charged and healthy, regardless of its type or capacity.

This updated DCDC charger features an integrated MPPT solar controller, allowing it to draw power from solar panels or solar blankets. While your vehicle is running, it charges via the alternator. Once the engine is off, it automatically switches to solar charging—provided you’ve connected a compatible solar setup.

One standout feature unique to iTechworld’s DCDC range is Solar Power Priority (SPP). With just a button press, you can set the charger to prioritise solar input over the vehicle’s alternator. This reduces strain on your engine, saves fuel, and supports a more eco-friendly setup.

Engineered specifically for Australian conditions, the iTECHDCDC25 is built tough with an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, and is housed in a rugged metal case that helps disperse heat. Its vibration-resistant design and built-in mounting brackets make it ideal for under-bonnet installation.

Modern vehicles equipped with smart alternators often struggle to provide sufficient voltage for charging auxiliary batteries. The iTECHDCDC25 solves this by boosting voltage as needed, ensuring reliable charging even over long cable runs—perfect for caravans and trailers.

A key enhancement in this model is its ability to handle a wide range of input voltages, up to 32V. This makes it compatible with 24V systems and high-voltage solar panels typically used in residential setups.

While it supports all common battery types, the iTECHDCDC25 is especially effective when paired with iTechworld lithium batteries. These batteries feature low-voltage protection and enter a "safe mode" when voltage drops below 10V. Unlike other systems, this charger can automatically wake a lithium battery from safe mode—just disconnect any load, and the iTECHDCDC25 will handle the rest.
